These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website [exploreurmind.com] (the “Site”) and our medical services, including prescription services. By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Services

Explore ur Mind LLC provides medical services, specifically prescription services related to ketamine-assisted therapy.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Ensure all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
• Not engage in any illegal activities related to the prescriptions provided.
• Not transfer or resell any prescriptions provided by us.
• Properly dispose of any unused medication in accordance with FDA guidelines.
• Follow all FDA rules and guidelines related to your prescriptions.
• Use the medication only as prescribed.
• Contact emergency professionals in the event of serious illness or side effects.
• Fill prescriptions only at the specified compounding pharmacies: Belmar Pharmacy in Golden or Pencol Pharmacy (I-25 & Colorado Blvd).

3. Payment Terms

• Accepted Payment Methods: Credit, Debit, Cash, Check.
• Payment Collection: Payment is collected at the time of services.
• Refunds: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase upon request. To receive a refund, you must return the remaining medication to the pharmacy.

4. Service Availability

• New Patients: New patients can only be referred to us by qualified, and partnered referring therapists. We do not accept new patients without a qualified referral.
• Our services are available only on Fridays from 9 AM to 5 PM.
• In the event of an emergency, contact 911 immediately.
• Messages sent outside of service hours will be responded to before the next Friday.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Explore ur Mind LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our explicit written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

We accept reviews through the Tebra platform. By submitting a review, you grant us permission to publish the content of the review publicly.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Using the prescriptions for any illegal purposes, such as:
  • Selling or distributing the medication to others.
  • Using the medication in a manner inconsistent with prescribed instructions.
• Transferring or reselling prescriptions provided by us.
• Improper disposal of unused medication.
• Failing to follow FDA rules and guidelines.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or our services will be resolved through arbitration or mediation, as mutually agreed upon by the parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will send out informational email communications and update this page to reflect the date of the last update.
